Then on thu, cancelled bcs he couldn't make it.

Busy Busy Busy

Updating updating.
Just for the heck of it.
And what the freaking sh** is going on in my life.
Lols.
So ******(doesn't represent anything).
Just something on my mind right now.
And i didnt complete the solo trip.
Okok.
So i'll finish quick and easy.

3rd day checked out of yokja hotel and went to solo.
Checked in again but i prefer the yokja hotel much better.
Didnt go out much until night time when we went to bibi's house.
So kampung-y. And the food bibi's mum prepare were soooooooo goooood:D
And they used most of the ingredients from their farm.
After that, to the hotel and sleep. So tired.

4th day went to bibi's kampung again.
So fun bcs we went to her farm.
Veg farm not animal farm.
And i cut the rice padi(:
Then, i got my leg scalded bcs i accidentally slide my leg against the motorcycle exaust pipe.
Lols and it hurt so much with it bloating into a watery-ball.
Ewws.
Next to the waterfall!!
Omg!! So nice!!
The water was really cold that my legs practically became numb in the water.
Would want to go again if possible(:

5th day, time to go home.
So sad.
Went off in the morning.
And reached singapore so tired and sticky.
Hahas, not really.

So that's it.
And today was kinda sad.
For me.
Dunno why...Hais...
Primer 2 started already.
So tiring!!!
And must chiong again bcs i think i didnt do much for the 1st part.

Solo Trip Day 2

Didnt post.
Hahas.
Alright, now i will post the 2nd day of the trip.
Hais so tired lah...
So much to do.
I think im so behind time...

Right, 2nd day of the trip.
Woke up and went for breakfast.
The food was kinda okay but the pastries were nice(:
So were supposed to meet the 'tour guide' at like 9am but instead we went to meet him at 9.30.
And we went to borobudor!!
Very fun but lots of ppl were there because of the school holidays.
Mummy told us the story of the budha by the carvings on the wall.
There were some sick carvings that mummy skipped.
Hais, should have gotten a more knowledgable tour guide bcs mummy wasnt that good...
Lols.
And of course, like always, pictures pictures and more pictures.

Next we went to a mountain where we could see the Gunung Merapi.
It was really cold!!!
But will go there again if had the chance(:
After that, we went to the shopping mall in the town of yokja.
It's quite huge actually.
And some ppl thought indonesia didnt have the resources...
Saw breadtalk and of course, just have to get some(:
The pastries were nice(:
Rich.
If only singapore's breadtalk was halal, i would go there like everyday.

Then, head to the hotel and of course, sleep...

Solo Trip Day 1

Feel bad.
Didn't update blog even when im so far off...
Busy busy...

So here is 1st the 1st day activities & pictures.

Went out of the house at 7 even though i woke up at 5.
And then off to solo at 9am.
Land at 12pm i guess and met bibi at the airport.
Hotel at 2-3pm bcs the trip from solo to our hotel was 1 1/2 hour.
And we stay in until dinner at 6.
So early bcs singapore it's already 7+.
And we were the 1st ones at the buffet.
Mummy decided to have dinner at the hotel bcs the price quite affordable.
Currencies differ...
And i was really full.
And then to the batik shops and got one batik top for me(:
Hais, and off to bed bcs next day is a long day...

Time do past very fast and its getting on my nerves.

Later in the night, the redness and prickiness surface.

And my arms and legs prick so bad.
No way am i ever going suntanning.
And darker i go.
I really hope that the colour fades and i will return to a fairer colour.

Bad Start Bad Day

Ultimate shits.
Today is the utmost deep negative start of the school year i ever had.
Until a point that i feel like crying & laugh at myself till im sober...
Very sad.
I know i sound soo damn emo.
But seriously, when i told mummy about what happened, i just wanted to break down infront of her.
Im such a crybaby but i kept holding back, knowing that if i do cry, i'll lose my composure.
That's how weak i am...
Shit.
Shouldn't have said that.
But somehow, the 'burden' got lifted when im typing this down.

I might look all smiles & what crap but i just feel like giving up.
Not now at least.
It's just starting & im already like this.

Had class till 12 only.
Let some of my classmates try my meringues.
They said it was nice but too sweet.
Ya, agreed.
But the meringues were awfully in crumbs.
Have to find a way to ensure my next batch of meringues dont end up like that again.

Then met up with vivian on the way to library!!
Missed her but we ended up together going to cotton on & pool with kris & hani.

New School New Start

Im sick.
Freaking SICK...
So tired, i think the flu virus got me when i returned from malaysia.
And now it just got worse.
Felt like a rag during FOC and SPICE training.
But had fun and made lots of friends:D
Some from other DARCH classes and some from mine(:

Yesterday went for SPICE training.
And when we were seperated into out classes, i made a new friend, Sonia.
Went home with her as well.
But she stayed somewhere in the west.
That's where almost everyone stays.
Very little stays in the east.
Sad.

Sonia introduced me to 2 of her friends from DARCH.
And we met up this morning for FOC.
Met up with hani 1st in the mrt but i was late & she was kinda late, i guess.

Knew another 2 more friends also from DARCH during the principle's speech.
Felt like total shit & crap or whatever u wanna say.
Very bad.
Just wanted to sleep...
After the talks and 'entertainment', it's time for lunch.
There were like a freaking large amount of ppl from ABE queing for free food.
So our group of 6 ppl went to pizza hut.
Hahas, i know.
We were like the freaking only ppl there.

But hey, when there's friends, i dont think there's anything to mind.

So got lost in the compound to find the library for awhile.
But thanks to kevin, i think, we were saved with a map.

Went to the DARCH building and got the stuff for flagday.
So many things to bring home:(
And my hands were somewhat full when i went home.
Not surprised that many of my classmates were shocked when they realised that i was a malay.

Quite late already actually.

So at mummy's office but it hasn't been long.
In the morning accompanied mummy to...
Can't say, or else someone in the family will be disappointed...
So ya, daddy came back yesterday night at about 10.30pm.
We went out of the house at 8pm.
But we went to terminal 3, secret recipe bcs we had dinner to celebrate bibi's birthday!!
Happy 20-something birthday to youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...
Not sure of her age though.
I had oxtail stew which i didn't know was the cow's tail until i ordered it-_-"
Didn't have a whole cake but a slice of blackforest cake.
For bibi's birthday but me & ilah just picked a little...It was like we ate all...
Then i wanted my mango slice cake but mummy said no unless me & ilah could decide on what we wanted.
Bcs she wanted chocolate indulge which was like all chocolate...Then complain i always make brownies...
Wateverlah...
So in th end didn't buy bcs mummy said too late...
So we picked daddy.
Then went to macs bcs daddy hungry.
And i got my frappe(:
But the caramel one (although my fav is the double chocolate).
Bcs ilah took the double chocolate...
But atleast i know that caramel frappe is quite good:D

Before fetching daddy, i went shopping with kris & bris at plaza sin.
Went to faceshop first & i got myself 2 masks & one nail polish.
Next to cotton on where i bought a tank top, spagetti strap(for inner) & long tights.
All at a bargain!!

Right, guess where i might be now??
In mummy's office surprisingly.
So damn early in the morning.
No one's here bcs office hours are from 8.30am so only me & mummy.
And that's why im typing this.

She's coming early today.

For the whole of Feb, i'll probably be at mummy's office most of the days.

She also help me pull some strings bcs she teaches there:P
So hopefully i get in.

Today was fun to meet up with my primary school friends.

]Now it's like 10.30am & i'm at mummy's office.
At the moment, mummy's office has no secretary so somehow i need to be here.
Actually, mama need to be here to the admin work but bcs of some problems, she feels kinda insecure alone.
So that's how i got dragged into this mess >.<
I'm like so scared that i screw up.
Got to answer calls & stamp letters & also probably do some filling.
Okay, gotta admit, it's not as boring as i thought it would be.
However, the worse part is, i'm not paid!!
Hey, i'm doing it as a temp job so why no pay??
Ruzanna got her pay when she worked for mummy but not me...
Sobslah...Only lunch money...

Though, i'm just helping mummy out since ruzanna has to start school today already.

1 month in the year of 2009 has passed.
Quite surprised though how time goes by very incredibly fast.
And gonna start my school as well.
So ya, got posted to TP Baking & Culinary Science.
Not really sure how i feel about it but if this is what i'm supposed to get then, here goes to my future.

Okay, so going to shop for poly clothes.
I know that it's not necessary to have lots of clothes but hey, one must know how to be presentable even if it's for every single day...

That's her problem then, since she doesn't want to listen to anything i tell her to do...
Really idiotic.
And someone cried in the car when mummy was in Oman for a week...
Complaining about not having anyone send her to school & her friends talk about their mums & she had nothing to say...

Still up till now bcs of some issues...
Yesterday went out with hani, yp, kris, bris.
We watched 'Love Matters' but not that nice.
When we went to the entrance of the cinema to watch the movie, we had to take out our i/c s.
The person there was kinda stupid bcs we were holding so many things in our hands and the cashier will not sell us the NC16 tickets if she didn't see our birthdays.
Seriously, not considering about our conditions at that point of time...
Took lots of pictures before that but no neoprint :(
But nevermd, another time...How about next wed during shopping??
Also baked brownies in cupcakes for them.
They said it was nice(:
Gonna include it in my pastry blogshop.

Oh ya, about that, it's not complete yet...

Ruz decided to open the business up in mid Feb.
I think it's ok since there's much to do...

Solar Eclipes

So today is the day, 26 Jan 2009.
The day of the annual solar eclipse.
It occurs when the Sun and Moon are exactly in line, but size of the Moon is smaller than that of the Sun.
Hence the Sun appears as a very bright ring, surrounding the outline of the Moon...
Parts of the world will be pitched black with a bright ring in the sky...
For 7 mins +.
Mosques around the world will have the salatul- kusuf prayer.
Special prayer for the event of the solar eclipse.
As far as i know, all the mosques in Spore are doing it.
It's a recommended prayer for all muslims but i can't do it bcs of the lady's problem...
Okay, that sounds weird but, watever...
I'll be at home trying to find out which free-air tv station shows the eclipse.
Really want to see it.
This year we have quite a number of eclipses.
The next one will be a lunar eclipse happening on the 9th Feb 2009.
Very soon...And Spore will be one of the countries experiencing it.
So we won't get to see the moon even at night.
And the sky will be damn bright...
On the 22 Jul 2009, there'll be a total solar eclipse, which is a rare kind of solar eclipse...
And that day is ariffin's b'day...But ariffin is so emotionless while i'm the one getting so excited...
And we in Spore are able to see it :D
Okay...i'm excited for nothing again >.<
Regardless, must be so grateful that even till today, after numerous eclipses, the earth didn't end up in pieces...
Bcs anything can happen during the eclipses...

Daylight fun

Okay, so u'll be wondering what i've been doing the past few days.
It's exactly 1 week since my last post.
But nevermd, lets start...

On sat after ngaji, i read the manga that ruz lent to me.
It's called 'Blood +'.
Very nice book...Basically, it's about a girl who was originally a monster killer.
Then, something happened to her & the memory of her past had all been erased...
So she has been a normal high sch girl from then until someone shows up...
I'm not going to go any further.
Check the book out if you seem this is ur genre.
Alot of action but a little amt of romance.
So for those romance-y ppl, dont go for this book...
Not satisfying...U know what i mean...

I accompanied mummy on monday & tuesday at the office...
But still no $10...
She said that if i accompanied her at the office, i'll get $10 for each day.
But still no $40...I accompanied her for 4 days...>-<
Nevermd...

So on the wednesday & thursday, i went to zarifah's place.
Me, zarifah, dalilah.
On wed, we baked meringues & spread thick chocolate onto them...
The chocolate was supposed to be thin so that the meringues could be dipped in...
However, the meringue was simply sweet(:
I'll rate it a delicate **** stars.
Hey, that's one good pastry(:
But before, making the meringues, zarifash whipped up a delicious linguni+cheese cream sauce dish...

And as we ate our lunch, we watched 2 cds.
They're called 'Sleepover' & '(i forgot the other one)'...
Then, i was supposed to go home after asar but they made me stay all the way till close to magrib...
Hais, they all ah...

So on thurs, we had a daylight sleepover since i can't go for a sleepover bcs mummy's not in singapore...
So ya, then we ate lasagna for lunch...Nice(:

With makeup & hair curlers & straighteners.
Had to heavily bring them to zarifah's house after sending mummy off at the airport...
But luckily, my aunty & uncle dropped me off...I fell so thankful but guilty >-<

And i was the japanese girl in a summer kimono(:
I passed as a jap girl(:
What brilliance mixed blood can do...
Dropped by PHSS on the way to the bustop bcs dalilah had to take her scholarship...
But the person incharge went home already so she had to come back in the morning today...
Met mdm aisha in the library & some schoolmates...
Walked out feeling like an idiot in some weird halterneck top...
Don't think anyone wears that in spore...So hot...
Zarifah & dalilah sent me off at the 109 bustop after taking the 163 bus with me...
How sweet of them(:
But then, on the way to the 109 bustop, we saw our batch malay guys half naked playing soccer.
We quickly walked towards the bustop, wishing we were not spotted.
And we weren't(:

So that's probably all.
Gotta go know bcs im going to mummy's office to hand something over to mama.

Been a few days since my last post.
Have one major news and not a good news at that too.
Gotten my 'O's & sadly, i got 17 pts...
Quite sad since everyone else did better than me.
And what shocked me was that i didn't expct to fail my humanities.
I feel damn guilty since i think i let mrs ali and mr tan down.
Apologised to mrs ali but she said it doesn't matter cause she knows that i've put in my best effort...
I doubt i did...
However, didn't apoogise to mr tan...
So damn guilty...Guess i don't know how to appreciate a good teacher's words...
Just entered my choice courses yesterday nite.
Hope everything goes well and i could get into the first three of my choices.
Heard that the competition will be very high as many ppl achieved a score lower than 15...
Nevermindlah...Just wish me luck...

So in the meantime, i'm doing up a portfolio incase i got shortlisted to a culinary programme & needed some backup.
Gonna post the pastries i include in my portfolio & see if i get a good response from them...
Other than that, don't have anything on my mind other than mummy going to oman next thurs.
I'm so gonna be at home doin nothing...
Haiz, since she's joining daddy there bcs he went earlier on tues.
Have to remember to ask for my pocket money from mummy...hehes...

Yesterday after ngaji, me wak yaya & ruzanna went to eat at 'Razaks's Kitchen' again!!

Got the hokkien noodles w/ meat.

Not as good as the cantonese noodles i had bcs of the texture of the noodles.

Anyhow, still love the food there(:

Then today went to madrasah...

And OMG!!!!

Zahfirah quit!!

I was left alone!!!

Since both zahfirah & hafizah didn't want to come anymore...

Zaf told me on sat when i called her...

I was so damn freaking pissed with her!!!

Slacking Again

Stayed home the whole day again...
So i slacked...
Ruzanna overslept & forgot to ask her mum for $$ to go shoppig with me...
Hais...In the end i didn't get new clothes to wear for ngaji...Nevermd, another time then...
So damn tired.
Slept like a few hours last nite...
So i spent my evenings sleeping.
I know it's not good but what to do...Too tired...

So plan to sembahyang hajat again...
Omg, i sound so religious...Damn i should be...But i'm not...Not really...Okay whatever...

Made a disgusting bread pudding that i took out from the magazine...
It was horrible & the worse part is that i accidentally made alot!!!
I'm planning to trash it into the bin when everyone's asleep...No one will know...Excpt you & bibi.
Never will i touch that magazine again.
All the recipes i tried from there turned out wrong and eww...
If i have the time tomorrow, i'll post or maybe not...

The thing is that i looked up the 'Don't Forget The Lyrics' karaoke online game just for fun...
At first, it looks tempting but beware, it's damn boring!!!!
OMG!! I spent practically 15 mins trying to get my lyrics right but heck no, the songs just sucks...
Bcs they're all sung by Singaporeans...
It's sooo obvious bcs of the accents they put in when they sung it...No original singers...
Prepare for the bad & horrible voices which will somewhat distract u from getting your lyrics right...

And the songs are like too oldie for me....Hey ppl...No updates??!!

Broke the chain of consistency again...
Didn't post yesterday bcs i didn't even had time to touch the comp.
Sad but i had a whole lot of fun...Kind of...

On Tues afternoon, i made eclair with dalilah and i turned out nice(:
I've made cream puffs twice but not eclairs.
So we made the puff, the custard and the caramel.
The puff went well but the custard and caramel...not really...
I accidentally made the amt of custard for 2 servings...
Ya, i know, what the heck right??
So we lacked the custard filling.
Then, the caramel was nice & everything but it was too sweet and the colour wasn't there...
So i added food colouring...hahax...that's why it had a deep brown colour...it doesn't naturally appear...
But the custard somehow compliments the custard so the eclair wasn't too sweet.

So after that, in the evening, went to the class chalet with kris, bris & hani.
Honestly, wasn't that fun.
Just ate and we talked, but that's just it...
Then, bris & kris stayed over at my place and we slept close to 2am.
Kind of overslept the next day bcs bibi didn't want to wake us up...
She thought we were too tired so didn't want to disturb us.
We had to meet up with hani to go shopping at noon but we woke up at 11pm so not enough time.
Called her and postpone the time....she was kinda angry, i think.
Ate sandwiches for breakfast & off we went on the mrt.
Shopped at bugis street and i spent the least(:
The rest spent over $50 and hani spent really alot - close to $200...
I only spent abt $20(:
Bcs i'll be going shopping with ruzanna this friday, i think.
So have to save...The economy is not good anyways.
And i think i'll work after getting my results bcs i envy those who get paychecks...
And i don't have one...Just slack at home the whole day...

So, today i'm gonna visit polys open house.
Will be going to Ngee Ann 1st then to Temasek.
I have to find my way to NP again...
Ruzanna refuse to meet me at clementi mrt station...
Sobs...If im lost, then its ur fault ruz!!!!

Early In The Morning

Up early again...
I've got only 4 hours of sleep but guess what, i'm not sleepy(:
Made waffles again but a diff recipe.
Ariffin said the previous on was better.
And i was thinking...How can overnite food be better??
Bcs previously, i made overnite waffles but today, i made it right before cooking.
Though i can agree with ariffin bcs the batter today was kinda runny and the waffles were so damn sticky...
And the waffles maker was sweating...I think it's bcs of the cold milk...
Should have took out the milk out earlier.
Initially, i wanted to make lasagna for breakfast but bibi woke me up late today...5.30am...
Had to be awake at abt 4.45am to complete it in time for breakfast bcs everyone goes out at 7...
But i aim to be ready by 6.30 bcs everyone is like eating by then so can't be late.
So for today's waffles, i'll give a rating of **1/2 stars.
Can do better(:

Not sure if i'm looking forward to the class bbq today...
They're starting at 5pm but me, hani, kris & bris are coming at abt 8pm.
So we're not sure if they're still bbqing by then.
If they've stop, we'll just eat at e-hub or something.
Can't come earlier bcs kris & bris finish work at 6pm and i don't want to be alone...

Three cheers for me(:
Managed to use the computer at nite without ilah hogging the internet.
She had to sleep early bcs she has sch tomorrow but i don't.
That's whats good when u're not going to sch(:
Finally posting at nite although kinda late already.
From the time i'm typing now, its 11.26pm.
30mins to midnite.

Okay, so today went to ngaji and there wasn't many my age.
And sadly, didn't prepare earlier in the morning...
But, nevermind...I read it kinda of ok.
Wanted to have lunch with ruzanna but wak yaya asked us to have lunch with her.
So we went to this halal chinese restaurant called 'Razak's Kitchen'.
The food was seriously good!!!
I orderded the cantonese noodles w/ beef.
OMG!!! It was so nice with the meat which was so tender and it practically melted in my mouth...
I sure want to go there again(:
But sadly, the place was kinda run-down & didn't look the least appealling.
Asked me mummy about the place & she said the food there is nice but the deco was dissapointing,,,
They had to do something about it...Like right now!!!
If the place looks better, there'll be much much more customers but sadly, there weren't many when i ate there for lunch.

Just before im posting this, me and dalilah did this stupid thing...hahax...
We found out that out tagboard didn't have any new msgs so we decided to tag each other.

Sobs...
Didn't post yesterday.
Bcs of ilah who's been hogging the internet since we came back from datuk house.
And for ppl who know her, obviously, she's watching Taiwanese dramas...
She found a new drama series called 'Y Y Love', i think.
I, too want to watch that bcs the actors & actresses are similar to those in the drama 'Devil Beside You'.
I think that show is nice so gotta get some time to peek at the other drama.
Wonder where she's been getting all these dramas...
But after she watched it, me daddy asked her to switch it off & i didn't get to use the internet...
So got bored and i watched TV until 2.30am...Haiz...
And ariffin woke up to watch his soccer match that starts at 3am...One soccer fanatic...

So today i'm going to ngaji again- i went yesterday from abt 3-4pm.
It was quite relaxed bcs i read like the front 2 pages...1st time mah...
Kinda comfortable with my new uztazah...very friendly.
Must practice practice practice!!!
Can't embarass myself & wak yaya(duh...).
Ok, so after this, i'll practice and i heard there'll be students my age today at my ngaji place.
So don't want to show im bad...Im stammering alot...Sobs...

Okay...Suddenly, i don't know what to write about so i think that'll be it for now.

Bored at home alone

Woke up so early today at 6am.
Had to make waffles for ariffin and ilah.
A good way to start the 1st day of sch with nice breakfast(:
And had to test the new Kenwood Toaster my mum bought yesterday.
Made the waffles batter from scratch but i thought i added too much yeast.
Could taste it and the waffles puffed up so much that when i took it out of the toaster it shrank...
But overall, i'll give myself the rating of *** stars.
Puffy and i think kinda blend...ilah ur taste buds something wrong...

Ariffin wanted to wear short pants for the last time today but my parents said no.
He still insisted on wearing shorts even though he can wear long pants...
I thought guys are like so excited to finally wear long pants in sec 3??
Weird...I think it makes them look more mature...
When ariffin refuse to wear, my dad gave some lecture about going to sch to study...
Not to be stylish and etc...
Then he rebutted saying his friends also wearing shorts for the last time...
Whatever...Sooo can't understand brothers...
And he's been slacking the WHOLE sch holidays...
Not surprised if his results got worst this time round unless he seriously buck up...

Never know what will happen in this new year of the ox...

Hmm...
And later will be meeting up with ruzanna, wak yaya and umi to attend a dinner.
With my soon-to-be uztazah...
Bcs i've already katam so wak yaya got me to ngaji with her uztazah...
Haiz....And now im in a dress code delima bcs i dont wear tudung...
And now, i have to pick out clothes and a tudung to go with it as well...
If too tight then another round of lecture...this will never end!!!

Okay, kinda long i didnt post.
So from today i'll start posting.
A good start to the new year.
2009!! Whoa!!
So damn fast.
Before i knew it, i've taken my 'O's.
And i'll be getting my results soon enough.
Not sure about the exact date but ya, its somewhere in mid-jan.
Goodluck to all those getting their results back!!!
Esp to my besties and peeps out there!!!

Think about posting 2 posts today.
Another 1 would be abt my trip to Port Dickson, Malaysia.
Kinda an accidental trip when my dad took a wrong road to Malacca.
Ended up in KL.
And we.....
Okay, i'll just finish my trip here then.

We stayed at the Guaman Hotel in Port Dickson.
It's a resort.
Nice place but not as modern as me & my siblings expctd.
We like a little of that modern touch.
But the place was so run-downed.
The switches and plugs were like not working...
Sobs...
But they're gonna do the place up this few months.
So my family will be going there like in June for our holidays.
Hope our trip's not wasted...

On the 3rd day we were on our way to Malacca before we go home.
But me daddy took the wrong turn and we went to KL instead.
So we decided to stay 1 more nite in KL....LoL..
So we went to Traders Hotel becs my aunt was gonna stay there 1 nite.
Then, might as well(:
The hotel is like so damn nice and what a change compared to the Guaman hotel.
No offence but seriously, what a change...
That nite we went shopping cause didnt bring extra clothes.
Got 2 blouse(:
But my face flared up.....Sobs....Really Sobs....
Haiz...But what can i do??
Inheritance...
Next day, went for breakfast and the spread was like quite alot.
But i think One World Hotel has nicer food...
However, the food was nice(:
Took a dip at the indoor pool bcs it was really cold...
And so many ang mors...Sunbathe...
There was like NO sun and i was laughing to myself...
HAHAXXXX...
Ok ok....enough...
So ya, went back that day and reached home at abt 11.30pm.

Gonna do up a site where all my pics and vids will be.
I think it's easier that way and.....thanks izzah for the idea*hint hint*
